Thank you for supporting JSGraham Photography. Because our prints and products are custom-made to order through a Print-on-Demand (POD) service, we maintain specific policies regarding shipping and returns
1. Returns & Exchanges

All Sales are final: We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse once a purchase is completed.

Cancellation Window: Orders are sent directly to our production partner. Cancellations or changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.
2. Damaged or Misprinted Items
We want you to love your photographic prints. if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement.

Time frame: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

Process: Please email us at jsgraham.photography@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue or damage.

Timeline: Once approved, a replacement will be processed and shipped according to our standard production timelines.
